  1. Don’t hesitate. If you find something you love, tell us immediately so that we can help you buy your fabulous thing before it’s sold out.
  1. Don’t forget that we don’t operate alone. Between our team of Luxury Specialists and the special relationships we enjoy with our retail partners, our success rate at fulfilling clients’ requests is over 95%, even with limited edition or special edition items.
  1. Don’t worry about pricing. We never mark up the prices on any goods we help you find, and there are never any hidden charges. We apply a straightforward 10% service fee for what we do, and nothing more.
  1. Don’t forget to tell us if you’re in a rush. We always provide speedy service (after all, you never know when something will sell out), but we do rely on retailers to deliver to us before we use FedEx to deliver to you. And sometimes, the delivery from the retailer to our offices can be sped up.
  1. Don’t feel pressure to achieve a minimum order. We don’t have one! (But we do encourage you allow us to pack a full FedEx box for you, to save you money on delivery fees.)
