Six months ago, we discovered a certain pair of Louboutin’s had sold out eight weeks before they were due to arrive in-store. Eight! The best way to avoid disappointment, and to get exactly what you want this season: pre-order. So many of our USA-based retailer partners are accepting pre-orders right now. Tell us what you’d like, so that you don’t miss out:

  • Our USA-based luxury retail partners publicize items which are “coming soon” in their online stores or in their newsletters.
  • Send us a request with your desired items, and we’ll immediately register for them. Not only that, but we’ll also look for your items at other retailers. When we find them, we’ll pre-order there too, to ensure you enjoy the quickest delivery possible.
  • You’ll only pay for your pre-orders once we receive them, and — as always — we inspect every item for quality and accuracy, before delivering them straight to your doorstep.

Don’t forget that we’re also your solution for product launches which are time sensitive. So if you’re eyeing some limited edition sneakers or a new smartphone or an exclusive collab which happens to be kicking off at noon Eastern, for example, we’ll spare you from staying up until all hours of the night to make your purchase.
