If you’ve used The Luxe Link®, you’ll know we apply a straightforward and honest 10% service charge only. We also want you to know:

  1. there are absolutely no hidden fees;
  2. we never mark up the price of the goods we help you purchase; and
  3. our service fee does not change whether we’re helping you with a pair of jeans, an It Bag, a pre-order or a limited edition.

Recently, a new client asked whether we charge differently for super luxury brands, and we absolutely do not — still the same 10%. And you will always receive a full cost summary of all the charges related to your purchase (applicable taxes, delivery fees, and so on) before you buy; there are never any surprise charges.
